Hey all,

recently I wanted to download something. You know that it always ass if I want to open or save the file. Now, I made the mistakes to check the check box that says "do not show this window again", which means, if I download now it always opens the file instead of saving it when I want it to be saved, and I have no idea how I can undo that. Does anyone have an idea? I'd be really grateful because it never saves the MP3-downloads that I want to make, it just opens them. Thanks for your help in advance.

God bless

Ines

This, again, a good reason to jump to firefox. At least it'll ask u to save the file, and theirs no worry about u accidentaly doing that. Their maybe something in the internet options pages, that might fix that daughter of light.

Here's the skinny. Hit the alt key, then left arrow till you hear tools. Next, up arrow until you hear internet options, and press enter. Now, control tab until you hear advanced. Tab a few times, and that should put you in a tree view. Down arrow until you hear, notify when downloads finish check box. listen for what that says, if checked, then uncheck and vice versa.

There's nem's 2 cents worth.
